Transunion, our screening service provider, is currently experiencing a global outage due to recent events involving Microsoft and CrowdStrike. This outage is impacting our Online Leasing product's screening capabilities, including Household Screening and Identity Verification.

Impact on Services:

  • Lease Transactions Screening: Lease transactions requiring screening will display a screening error in the Leasing Professionals interface. Once the outage is resolved, we will collaborate with Transunion to reprocess these transactions.

  • Identity Verification (For customers using Transunion ResidentID): Identity verification will fail for applicants using Transunion ResidentID. During this period, leasing professionals will need to manually verify identities.

  • Access to Screening Reports: Previously generated screening reports via Transunion might be temporarily inaccessible. These reports should become accessible again once the outage is resolved.Next Steps:
