We are currently experiencing an issue affecting customers who use Dropbox Sign to sign leases within our Online Leasing product. Dropbox Sign has reported an outage and is actively investigating the issue.
During this outage:
Lease documents cannot be sent for e-signature via Dropbox Sign
Applicants are unable to sign lease documents
Leasing professionals are unable to countersign documents
Customers using Bluemoon Sign are not impacted and can continue sending and completing lease signatures as normal.
All other Funnel Online Leasing functionality remains operational.
Impact:
Customers relying on Dropbox Sign for lease execution may experience delays in completing leases.
Workaround:
Customers with urgent signing needs can use our offline signature flow to continue processing leases while Dropbox Sign restores service.
